CHOCOLATE SAUSAGE: THE RECIPE

Well, today I’m feeling glutton!! 🙂

So that’s why I just decided to post the recipe for a dessert sweet simple and quick to do !!

And I assure you this because it is the only cake that one of my maiden aunt incapable to cooking, is able to make!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

 

DIRECTIONS:

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, mixing them well.

Add the sugar and the cognac.

Place a piece of a wax paper in the counter and when the chocolate is soft but tepid. Place it on the paper, smoothing it with out with a spatula and then sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over it.

Let cool!

When it’s almost hard, roll it up with the help of the baking paper. Form the roll so it looks like a sausage. Wrap well in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting it!
