Cooking Classes In Sorrento

Partecipants:

Each cooking session is from 2 up to 10 partecipants.

Lessons Schedule:

Morning Session: from 11.00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (3 hours)
Evening Session: from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (3 hours)

 

Meat menù: Euro 90,00 per person.

• Welcome prosecco cocktail with a tasting of a large choice of local cheeses and meats;
• First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli Sorrento Style (with mozzarella and tomatoes);
• Second course: meatballs or chicken “Cacciatora Style” (with cherry tomatoes, vegatables and white or red wine);
• Dessert: coffee tiramisù or limoncello tiramisù;
• Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red): a bottle for two guests.

Vegetarian Menù: Euro 90,00 per person.

• Welcome prosecco cocktail with a taste of local cheeses and fresh seasonal vegetables;
• First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli Sorrento Style (with mozzarella and tomatoes);
• Second course: eggplant parmesan, courgettes parmesan or even artichokes parmesan;
• Dessert: coffee tiramisù or limoncello tiramisù;
• Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red): a bottle for two guests.

Fish Menù: Euro 130,00 per person.

• Welcome prosecco served with salt & pepper shrimps;
• First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli served with clams and mussels;
• Second course: fish Acqua Pazza Style (with cherry tomatoes) or fish in salt crost;
• Dessert: coffee tiramisù or limoncello tiramisù;
• Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red): a bottle for two guests.

 

It is possible, on request, to organize lessons with dishes different from the ones above listed, or even small private events, at a price to be arranged depending on the menu.
