Pick-up from meeting point; Hotel/accommodation’s pick-up upon availability.

The client purchases one or more seats in a specific type of vehicle, and as such, the service may be shared with other passengers.

The client understands that during the trip the shuttle may effect brief detours or stops in order pick up or drop off other clients.
There may be the possibility of changing vehicles during the journey to facilitate the transfer of passengers (i.e. getting out of one vehicle and getting into another)
According to the needs of all passengers pick-up times may be shifted ahead of scheduled time or delayed for up to an hour from the time as shown on the booking.
The client accepts these possible modifications in scheduled pick-up times and all the rules above.
Door to door shuttle service is normally effected utilising an 8-seater minivan, but in certain cases may also be made with buses having up to a 20 passenger seating capacity upwards.

SHUTTLE BOOKINGS:

Bookings made at the same time are not cumulative unless they correspond to a single name.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the service. Otherwise, the full service fee

applies. In the event of a NO-SHOW, the full rate is applied.

LAST SHUTTLE RACE CLAUSE:

For the last evening ride, if there’s a delay, re-booking on the subsequent ride is not possible. The driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes from the ride’s scheduled time. If the Client is aware of a delay on their arrival time, contact us up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure. We can assess options for a private service with payment of the difference or cancellation of the reservation with a 50% penalty.

PASSENGER ALLOWANCE:

Each passenger is allowed: 1 suitcase and 1 handbag. Our suppliers retains the right to decline transportation for any individual exceeding the declared number of luggage at the time of booking, especially when the vehicle’s capacity cannot accommodate additional space. In such instance we maintains the right to reject any reimbursement requests.

Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking (The cost for extra luggage is 7€/piece).

RESPONSIBILITY AND LOST ITEMS:

We are not responsible for lost objects or valuables in the vehicle. Clients must ensure they have all their belongings before leaving the vehicle and upon discharge from the driver. Any items or valuables found in the vehicle will be returned to the Clients at their accommodation facility. A surcharge equal to the cost of the journey will apply. Shipments will be charged to the recipient.

INFANTS AND CHILDREN:

Infants and children pay full price. Baby seats or boosters will be provided for free.
